Pizzeria Kuroneko seamlessly blends Italian tradition with Imabari's local essence, using fresh local ingredients and time-honored techniques. With pizza at the forefront, we meld Italian and Japanese flours, expertly baking each pizza in a classic wood-fired oven at an intense 400 degrees. The dough, patiently risen over 48 hours, is cooked to perfection in a 90-second dance with the flames.
